Green Day was a group of ideolising music the punk rock from California, the United States. His personnel consisted of Billie Joe Armstrong (the vocalist, the guitarist), Mike Dirnt (the basis) and Tré Cool (the drum), as well as Al Sobrante that before left this group.
The owner of the American Idiot album won several appreciations, including MTV Video Music Awards, Nickelodeon Kids Choice Awards as well as three times won Grammy Awards, that covered the Best Alternative Album category through the Dookie album (1994), Best Rock Album for the American Idiot album (2004) and Record of the Year for the album of Boulevard of Broken Dreams.
